New User Registration
This form is to allow Thames Coromandel District Council (TCDC) customers access to their Council records electronically.

You can register with TCDC online-service portal under your Personal (Full Legal name) or your Company/Organisation (as Registered on NZ Companies register).

Council will Validate your registration and confirm by email with the required access details to sign in within one (1) working day. (Due to high demand of registration requests this may take longer)

User Details
Please enter an unique user name that will be easy for you to remember. This will be used to login to TCDC Online service portal.

The user name can consist of letters and numbers but no special characters (@, #, !, etc) and is NOT case sensitive.
